At Kight’s Cakesicles, every cakesicle is handcrafted and made fresh to order. We take great pride in delivering a product that tastes as amazing as it looks, which means every order is carefully prepared specifically for you.

Order Processing

Because each order is made from scratch, decorated by hand, and frozen prior to shipment, please allow time for us to prepare your order.

Please allow up to 10 calendar days from the date your order is placed for delivery. Most orders arrive sooner, but processing times may vary depending on order volume, weekends, holidays, and weather conditions.

Damage & Replacement Policy

We take great care in packaging every order to ensure your cakesicles arrive fresh and in excellent condition. While damage during transit is uncommon, it can occasionally occur due to the handling of packages by the shipping carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the outside of the shipping box

  • Clear photos of the damaged cakesicles and packaging

We review each claim individually. If the damage occurred during shipping and your claim meets the above requirements, We may offer a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Claims submitted more than 24 hours after the recorded delivery time, or without the requested photos, may not be eligible for replacement or reimbursement.

Please note that we are not responsible for damage resulting from incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, packages left unattended after delivery, or orders that are redirected after shipment.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Shipping

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped using 1–3 day shipping in insulated packaging to help maintain freshness during transit.

To prevent unnecessary time in transit, we may delay shipping if an order would otherwise be held by the carrier over a weekend or holiday.

A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your package ships.

Upon Delivery

Please bring your package indoors as soon as possible after it has been delivered.

Our cakesicles are packaged to travel, but they are still perishable and should not be left outside in direct sunlight or extreme temperatures.

If your cakesicles arrive chilled or partially frozen, this is completely normal and helps preserve freshness during shipping.

For the best taste and texture, refrigerate upon arrival and allow cakesicles to sit at room temperature for approximately 15–30 minutes before enjoying.

Shipping Delays

While we carefully package every order and use expedited shipping, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, severe weather, incorrect shipping addresses, or packages left unattended after delivery.

If your tracking information shows your package has been delivered, responsibility for proper storage transfers to the customer.

Warm Weather Shipping

During warmer months, cakesicles may soften slightly during transit despite insulated packaging. This does not necessarily affect quality or taste.

For best results, refrigerate your cakesicles immediately upon arrival.

Allergens

Our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including but not limited to:

  • Milk

  • Eggs

  • Wheat

  • Soy

  • Peanuts

  • Tree Nuts

While every effort is made to prevent cross-contact, we cannot guarantee any product is completely allergen-free.
